windows movie maker :)

As a group, we were assigned to make a movie based on the subject we chose for an advertisement. We chose Language arts as our subject so we went ahead and recorded various things that will convince our watchers to purchase the series. Windows Movie Maker is a program which creates movies and slideshows of any kind. Our movie is based on a series called Reader Rabbit. Our obective was to convince parents or guardians to purchase this software that can teach their children to do a better job in school. Reader Rabbit is a software that can help build better reading skills, pronounciations, spellings, and many more. Games and puzzles are also found in this specific area. Windows movie maker is user friendly and it contains many features that can be used. This project, overall was a fun experience and it is also helpful in the future.

Reflections on powerpont.

Ive learned more PowerPoint techniques and many things like motorcycles, betel nut, smores, depression, tattoos, road runners, bears, and many more! I've got to know further details about them and I now know somethings that I didn't know before. I would use PowerPoint for every major topic I have for the day and show them to my students briefly. I guess slide share is a bit useful but I think PowerPoint itself can do the same job. Slide share is useful if there is internet. It is similar to just having PowerPoint as well. I would recommend teachers to use it if there is internet available. If there isn't, then PowerPoint is just right for the job.

Slide shows :)

For the slideshow softwares, I personally liked photobucket.com. Photobucket had many different selections of transitions and effects that catches viewers attentions. Most of the effects that I find interesting are found in photobucket.com. Although most of the slideshows were amusing, i'll only consider photobucket. Rockyou.com was also a great site but it didnt amuse me as much. Slideshows are all about creations so i suggest we all use photobucket, lol. :)

Web based sofware 09-22-2008

Today we browsed through some web based softwares that can really help us throughout this class. We came across Zoho, iNetword, Thinkfree, & googledocs. These softwares were really interesting and fun to cope with. Personally, i would prefer the zoho website because its really simple, compatible, and easy step by step processes. It can help me create many documents and i can send them through the website in a blink of an eye. LOL. I am looking forward to learning more web based softwares but for now, ZOHO is the best :)

ED 105;

Mnemograph is something really new for me and it wasnt't easy at first but as I browse and imput entries, i've learned so many things. It was an interesting and fun task. Making timelines are easy and creative but it can get difficult and it is time consuming. I see mnemograph as a site that can help many people who is interested in creating timelines.

Class so far :)

So far, this class has been interesting and busy. I've learn so many things and so many sites I haven't heard before. Its very helpful and it will be useful in the future. Blogger.com is really easy and fun to work with. Posting blogs and other things is really fun and very creative. This class has been great and I am enjoying it. I hope to see and learn more as we go on. :)
